Robinson Art 255

“Let the love that was once a fire remain an ember.”  Cole Porter, Begin the Beguine

happily letting go
of an ancient identity
that no longer serves

my heart-felt gift
the very day
I was born

a form a creed a place
time and Divine Presence
may easily erase

no longer the plan
with new sparkle
and Grace
today
I am who I am
